2018 Scholarship Application to NALTA Conference

For an opportunity to receive a scholarship to attend the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts Annual Conference, apply online at www.dalta.org. Visit the “Event Registration” link and register for the “2018 Scholarship Application to NALTA Conference”

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOON ON MONDAY JUNE 18, 2018.

Conference Dates: September 19-21, 2018 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Location: Renaissance Orlando at Sea World - Orlando, FL

DETAILS:

  1. DALTA is awarding 7 membership scholarships (1 of the 7 will be designated to members with CPLTA credentials) and 1 NALTA grant towards 2 day conference registration ONLY
  2. Scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded and can be used towards any conference related expense
  3. Separate NALTA grant that will be awarded will be for 2 day member conference registration fee ($575 value)
  4. Reimbursement will be provided to scholarship winners after conference and once proof of purchase is submitted to DALTA
  5. Live drawing for scholarship winners will be conducted at the June 2018 DALTA luncheon. Winners do not need to be present to win but must meet all of the eligibility requirements below.

All scholarships are NON-TRANSFERABLE.  If you need to cancel your conference registration or your employer elects to pay, you must notify DALTA immediately and DALTA will notify the next alternate winner. 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. You must be a member in good standing for both NALTA and DALTA.
  2. You may not have won a DALTA awarded scholarship to the NALTA Conference in the previous two years (2016 - Atlanta & 2017 - Galveston).
  3. You must be actively working or actively seeking work in the oil and gas industry.
  4. You must be a CPLTA to qualify for the CPLTA scholarships-all CPLTA's who apply for the CPLTA scholarship and don't win will automatically be placed in the member scholarship drawing.
