Andrew Glenn specializes in energy-related commercial litigation involving breaches of contracts, fraud and misrepresentation, and real-property disputes. His practice regularly involves the prosecution of quiet-title actions and other curative and probate matters. Andrew practices primarily in Colorado and North Dakota and recently secured a victory before the North Dakota Supreme Court addressing deed-interpretation issues of first impression in that state. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Andrew counsels clients on a variety of state and federal environmental and regulatory matters.
