Lane Douglas - Fidelity Land, LLC - Using NLP to Deal with Difficult People
This is a fun and interactive class where the goal is for the participants to learn life changing communications skills for dealing with others and themselves

Afternoon Session
12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Doug Sandridge - EE3, LLC - Navigating the New Energy Paradigm
Title Analysts are no longer just a vital part of the oil and gas industry; they are now an integral component of the global energy industry. Mr. Sandridge will provide an overview of the global energy industry together with insights into "the good, the bad & the ugly" of wind, solar and other renewables.  He will also discuss the shifts occuring in the electric power industry and how such changes will affect us as individuals and as employees of the oil and gas industry.

Zachary Wessel - Geologist - Encana Oil & Gas - Geoscience Overview
  Geoscience overview that will focus on different types of geology (sedimentary, metamorphic, igneous) and how geology directly relates to the oil and gas industry.  This will also detail what we do as geologists that help drive exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons.
