Erica Honeycutt , Land Administration Manager of Tracker Resource Development III, LLC and DALTA’s 2016 President, will provide attendees with an advance preview of one of this year’s NATLA conference presentations.
Accurate expiration reporting is an important part of any Lease Analyst's job. This presentation will review the information that should be communicated when discussing or preparing acreage expiration reports. We will also talk about best practices and items that should be made a part of your company’s standard process. Customized expiration reporting can be necessary for each area. We will discuss expiration for both exploration and development plays. Subtopics will include: continuous drilling, pugh clauses, required notices, extensions, etc.
