  • One free registration per terms of 2018 COGA Partnership contract
  • Non-members wishing to attend the educational seminar. If you would like to become a member ($40 cost) to receive the member price, please register as a non-member, complete your membership application and contact the DALTA Treasurer to adjust your invoice.

To attend this educational event, register on the DALTA website on or before Friday November 2, 2018 and submit payment to DALTA's PO box. 

DALTA will be accepting donations for Warren Village at this event. Attendees who bring donations will receive an extra entry into the door prize drawing. The seminar flyer details more information about the organization and has a list of needed donations.
