Speaker: Diane O'Neil with Beatty & Wozniak, P.C.

Topic:    Midstream and Marketing Agreements

Diane O'Neil joined Beatty & Wozniak as Senior Associate for the Transactional Group in October 2018.  She is an experienced oil and gas attorney with extensive background in both upstream and midstream matters. Diane represents clients on a range of upstream and midstream matters including: acquisitions and divestitures; diligence reviews; operations and exploration agreements; access and other land rights issues; gathering, processing and marketing; and master services and consulting agreements. 

Prior to joining the firm, Diane worked in-house representing an exploration and production company in all its day-to-day legal needs.  She handled everything from IT agreements to royalty owner disputes. Before moving in-house, Diane was in private practice focusing on primarily midstream oil and gas matters.

Diane is a Colorado native. She went to undergraduate school in Boston where she studied marine biology. Despite her love for the ocean the draw of Colorado was too strong, and Diane returned to Colorado for law school. She lives in Arvada with her husband and two daughters where they spend their free time enjoying all that Colorado has to offer, especially cheering on the Denver Broncos.
