In the fiercely competitive acquisition and divestiture arena, having the right

information is everything. So, whether your organization is buying or selling, it is

critical to know what you have in terms of physical and electronic records inventory,

and what your potential deal partner has as well. Post-transaction, the arduous

integration process begins, where buyers must quickly and efficiently ingest, access,

and distribute the information assets to start realizing the ROI. This becomes particularly challenging when dealing with land records. Carol Ann offers practical and time-tested solutions to help land management professionals successfully manage this challenging process.

Carol Ann is a frequent industry speaker and has presented at numerous Conferences throughout North America.
